John is a self taught artist from Kaikohe who works mainly in acylic. He has also done works in water colour, oil colour and pointillism in pen. Subjects range from scenery to animal and human portraiture. Many of John's work features the Hokianga, where he spends much of his leisure time.
John also facilitates painting workshops every Tue/Wed inhouse at the gallery.
